if i remember rightly some of the bolts to remove this is in the engine bay and quite hard to find. if its not loose there will be another bolt somewhere or break it off like i did as i couldn't see the last bolt lol

is there something under the glove box thats needs removed ??
can u just remove the aircon pump and put the new blet on or does the bracket have to come off as well or anything else near belt.
al be taking the rad and pipework off as well

Piss easy. Just need a blanking plate for the manifold, then just remove them pump and all the piping

also, how hard is it to remove secondry air pump?

I done it many moons ago. Just get a belt for a x16xe without AC. It was easy to do. Hardest part was removing that pissing thing from under the glove box (condenser?)

As above, i want to remove my aircon from my 1.6 sport, anyone done this and how hard is it? what belt do you use for the altenator?
