ive tried all that panace...had 2 have a respray in the end :(

Try tecut, buffing and then polishing - should work. If you just take it to a decent paint shop and show them they might simply be able to buff/polish your doors - this should make your doors look like new and get rid of the fadded areas.

I've seen post about this before. Think you've just got have em resprayed.

The car is a dark maroon colour (dark winy red)

Removed door strips and have been left with a white strip along the door. Have tried most things to get it of, none of them worked. Has anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of it????????
