size 10

a 16 mm deap socket on an extension and a magnet will get them out

the tool u are using is a 14 but some badley desined 10.s will not go past the heat sheld

As above, As when i tried changing them the plug socket i have doesnt fit down the metal tubes? (the socket is a std one,works on mk2 astras, novas etc its a draper t shaped one with a spring on the universal joint):look:
