I wouldn't have thought so, best off just getting a new cable then have a look and just check you can sus it out alright, if in doubt then it might be worth going to the garage but it's a simple job really

Still pretty much how Gary said, I didn't use the string but it'd most likely be easier if you had some. There's a clip or two in the engine bay that the cable sits in iirc but it's an easy job

Engine?

Its is a 8 valver then remove it from the box.

Tie some string to it.

Unhook it from clutch pedal.

Pull cable thru.

Tie new one to string.

Pull from footwell.

Connect up.

Done.

You will prob need some sort of breaker bar to lever the clutch lever on the box to hook the cable it.
