everyone has to learn sometime mate. You may be able to do it blindfolded, but once you had to look at the instruction manual!
Theyre the Hi spec 4-pots and 285mm discs. Anyone got any good recommendations for pads??

Thanks for the replies guys, Ive phoned them up and left a message but still not returned my call.

If you need instructions you shouldnt be messing with something as life saving as brakes!!
The orange bits bolt onto the swivel hubs where the old calipers were, then the new calipers bolt to the orange bits.
Use a pressure bleeding kit as 4 pots can be difficult to bleed manually as they usually have bleed nipples on the bottom as well as the top.
Dont be tempted to go for race pads if you intend to use it on the road, get the softest pads they have.

with most uprated brakes i.e. hi-spec, wilwood and alcon plus ap racing they dont come with pads cos they dont know what your going to use them for, you should specify them with the kit but if you dont then they dont send them...also the orange things are the brackets.

Those are Hi Spec 4 pots are they not? Yeah you should get Braided hoses with them but depends what kit you bought and from who! The pads should slot in and be secured with a pin I would have thought.

Take old brakes off.

New brackets should fix onto existing brackets attached to the car. Pu the new disks on, then put the calipers over the disks, and bolt into new brackets.
