To be honest I'd only notice the metal channel bit this last time although it runs basically in the same position so I don't know if that would make a difference. I tend to notice that sometimes whn driving I hear a creaking sound from the peddle when depressing.

Sorry i'm typing on my iPhone and for me or my it reads as mr!!

I believe it's routed properly. It's always fed from peddle through groove then into bulk head, from there it goes behind engine and there is a clip it attaches to using the rubber bung, then into a metal troff type router and then round to the gearbox/clutch holder in engine bay.

Does that sound right?

Hi all,

Can anyone shed any light on my clutch cable problems?

I've had mr corsa for 6 and a half years (it had a small bump on the drivers front comer before I bought it) and in those 6 and a half years I have changed 6 or 7 clutch cables. They keep snapping at the peddle.

I had my latest go on Tuesday and the one before that was changed only 4-6 months earlier. I have even changed the clutch peddle around 2-3 years ago o try and solve the problem but to no ovail!

Can anybody shed any light on what could be causing this please?

Thanks Matt
