just remove your door pins, it has the same effect as dead locks. | |

When I fitted Vectra handles I took my deadlocks off. taking off the locking barrel rendered them useless. | |

There is a chip inside the key that turns the imobliser on and off so u dont have to do anything. That dead locks are only activiated by turning the key in the lock, I dont think there are any alarms out there that can activte both the dead locks and c/locking | |

:D how is the imobiliser activated and de-activated on '95 16v sri? also these cars run a deadlock system on the doors, right? so how does remote central locking affect that? surely if i delocked the car using vectra handles this would render the deadlock system useless?:boggle: |
