no, just use one power cap, and if you find it's still struggling you need to get a new battery, try a yellow top or something, and maybe uprating you're altenator if it's still not comping

will a 1 farad cap be enough for 2 600w vibe vp2 amps powering 2 vibe 15" subs or should i get 1 for each amp and wire them in after the distributor block?

My Directed CAP (1farad) keeps everything running nice. Doesn't drop below 12.5 - 13.0 Unless im really dropping the BASS. Without anything on it reads 14.6v:lol:

12.5 unless the engine isnt running?
I thought it was 12 v when the engine was off and 14 when it was on.

Wot I have done is from the main power lead into a unfused distribution block, out of that have one lead going to the AMP and the other going to the POWERCAP. Ground the POWERCAP on its own. Alot of peep said this doesn't work but I assure u it does, I have a volt meter on my amp and it neva shows less than 12.5v(unless the engine isn't running) like it did b4 I installed the CAP.

yup earth the cap independently. You say it needs more power, just a cap wont do. Uprated battery + alternator ;)
