apparantly its piss easy! i just ordered some blue leds instead of the white light and been told its easy! just remover the slider button the ply off the cover behind that to revel to screws, take then out, the the top air vents flip them down then with a screw driver ply then down thurther then that flip normall and that click down to reveal 2 more screws! ondo them and the console just pulls out! dosen't pull out to far though due to wires! then all you need to do is remove the white plastic behind, eather screws or clips depending on age and model and the bulds are just there! easy! good idea to remove all three turn nobs and remove the facure and spray it or fit carbon fiber at this time as it will save you having to remove it all again! hope this helps!

If you have a GSI it won't be too difficult. I've done 3 early model B's with no problems, later ones are a bit more difficult.

Is it easy to change the bulb/s on the middle console where the fan etc are. Mine have been blown since i got the car and saw somebody with theres working and it really makes a difference. Any ideas ??
