read ur book there is a setting you need t go into while the headunit is off. It will then enable you to turn on sub control.

i had same problem with my 7300 model.

check the control wire from HU to sub/amp.

i dont think you get a seperate sub controll on that model. so your a bit screwed their. i have the 7400, i paid the extra because you get full controll of ur sub. plus you can turn on the high pass filter to take the bass away from ur tweeters.

Ive just fitted my new pioneer deh 6400r unit but i cant get the settings right i have a pair of infinity's and a 10" xplod sub i cant hear the sub at all it is on but not loud enough n i cant find a setting to turn it up also all the bass is going to the 6x9's n front speakers.
can someone please help.
