I think I used one off a Cavalier Turbo but I did have to slice the end down slightly. Ok, it's not joining the pipe but it is shortening it.

The guide on here says to use a hose from the 1.0 12v corsa.

So First...Hi Guys my name is Krzychu and i live in Poland (coming from corsasport.pl )
I've just swap my engine in corsa from c16xe to c20xe and ive got problem with top coolant hose from thermostat to radiator. I dont want cut and join old hoses because its look bad. is there any hose from corsa or other car which i can mount plug&play ? Ive got original c16xe radiator.
Thx for help and sorry for my english im sure its not well ;)
