plastic weld it use a soldering iron thats what i use sand it down light skim of fibreglass and then sand down then ull probably need a very light skim of filler alot will say it will sink which is true yes but done right will last years

The best bet is plastic welding mate. Get some plastic from an old bumper and put it in the gap your smoothing then melt it with a heat gun or torch. Then use some filler to sand any bumps. But don't just use filler for the gaps or over time it'll either sink or come off.

has anyone smoothed there front bumper, if so is it easy and is there a tutorial anywhere.. really fancy doin mine but too scared without a tutorial lmao... fairly new to stuff like this im more of a de-badge type of modder lol but really want to learn to do more stuff myself :D
