The fan relay in my corsa b is left bulkhead ( as you face the engine) under the wiper covers.
I think there is 4 relays there, best thing to do is touch top of green relay cap whilst shorting out 2 pin rad switch you should feel the relay click in. iirc 3 green relays 1 black. Forgot to mention becomes a little more difficult if you have AC:D.

yea, check for a direct short from relay to chassis

need alot off help hear fan stopped kicking in so bridged the fan switch fan comes on so recon fan switch is broken but then checked fuses it had blew so replaced that 2ngt is fine when its sitting but when i drive it the fuse blows its done 5 2ngt the last one melting ??????????
