the rears do it all the time my spax 40mm do it. i just took them out and put grease on the coils what were touching

I've got spax rsx front coilovers on my corsa and the springs seem to be making a sort of creaking noise :boggle: why is this?
has anyone else experienced this?
Also my rears are making a squeaking noise lol, does it mean there fucked or can i get them serviced or something?
