hmm, its an mot failure, so ill prob have it welded near to when i sell it.

mine were welded and have cracked with in a year, coilovers set on the hard setting dont help :(

as said above the fillers wont help, it need s to be welded. apparently even if welded it will crack in another place, its like fighting a losing battle.

if i weld from behind, will i be able to fill them from the front and spray over without it cracking?

no need to cut away jusyt weld from behind to stop flexing

have you had them welded? if not it will just flex and crack again...

mate, p40 and p38 really aint gonna sort ur pillars.......they need to be propfessionally cut away and rewelded.

Filler, p38 or p40 will crack within a month.

p40 is fibreglass
p38 is filler

I've got some p40 to sort my cracked b pillars out, i keep hearing about p38, what is it and do i need to use it as well as p40 or not?
