Try changing leads, plugs and disconnect battery for an hour to also reset ECU.

it started of as just a splutter in first gear, no it has come to only running on number 2 and 3. cylinders 1 and 4 have no spark getting to them. i have changed coil pack but with no change! i did paperclip test and it came up with coilpack 1 and 4 and MAP sensor. i have changed map sensor and coilpack but its still the same. i have now run out of ideas what it could be...
anyone??
