i had the same problem this weekend i ended up goin to a honda motorbike garage and they sorted me out with 2 nuts for a quid :)

When I lost a nut off my rear spax shock I emailed them to see what thread and pitch was required.
Worth emailing the maker of your shock to ask.

Best thing to do is go to your local bolt place. They will be able to use a thread gauge.

But it will more than likely be M8 or M10.

hey,

just a quick question, what type of nut goes ontop of shocks as the ones from my standard ones don't screw on properly to my gmax ones :o
