try a bit wd40 on the cable if that doesnt work replace cable

the cable going into the drum. when its tightened the cable is fine but when its released its as if its being caught between that runner thing and the drum.

fcuked cable?

What is it that sticks? the rear drums or the actual handle its self?

How can this be sorted?

Basically when i put the handbrake on its perfect, but when i release the thing it sticks slightly.

The runner part has been cleaned out and it works a little bit better tbh but what else can be done?
