basically they will just pull you, i found if u were just nice they let u off, when i argued the toss that it had been foggy the copper got arssy back and fined me, aparently its illigal because they were below my no plate or some crap which i doubt is even true! and they cause an unesesary impairment of vision for oncoming drivers

i doubt it would include a wiring kit, mine didnt only cost a tenner tho, u feed both the lives into the car then attach to a switch, u will see what i mean if u buy the kit as it has full instructions

the wiring kit will have 2lives to run it when your lights are on, you wire one to the battery and one into the side lights circuit, as you want to use em seperate you just wire both lives from your switch to the battery, hope this helps anymore info u need u2u me

also need a relay to work the fogs! dont want your wires melting do u? thought not! get a relay from any good motor shop, then u can take a switch live from your side lights so that u can turn the fogs on when your sidelights are on! but entirely upto u, thats how im doin mine!

you need a wiring kit, a ring one will set u back bout £10 from ripspeed, u then follow instructions, u can wire them to run on their own or only to run when side/main driving lights are on, u will get a switch so u can turn them on and off from this.

If you wire them to your headlight the rozzers will probably pull you in the summer for having them on.
