I checked all the hoses mate ... they were fine !

Today I fitted new alternator with pump and its all fine , at least its back on the road ! lol

ya dont need t take the alternator off if ya look under the alternator theres a pipe cumin from the block to a pump on the alternator its prob that that has split i had the same problem with my 1.5 diesel corsa and 4 sum reason mine split alot

Is it an oil pump or a vac pump??

Should it have oil running through it ??

been to ces motorfactors with the the pump , its an oil pump , thats why oil was pissing fom it 56.25 for a new one

yeh there should be oil going through it just go to a scrapys and get one.

that pipes seems ok ..... Should there be oil going through the vac pump???

when I took alternator of oil was pooring from it ??

I dont mind spending £153 on a new alternator and vac pump as long as it fixes the problem :-)

might be there bad for going but there is a pipe that goes from the engine block to the vac pump check its not fucked

Do i need to buy new alternator and vacum pump

I was already to this morning when the guy in the local motor factors said i should not have oil leeking from there

Why I lay under the van it was pooring out from what apperared to be the alternator ... could see where from and from above it was dry

Anymore help would be greatly appreciated

theres an oil feed pipe at the back aswell

Vacuum pipe will be splt or loose. Runs at the back of the alternator

Hi All

Ive just had to change the alternator belt on my 95 combo van ! Bot new one on now I have oil pissing from the back of the alternator !

Any ideas ??
