As said, the switch is on the front of the gbox.

If you unplug the switch, then join the two connections with a paperclip, the reverse lights should come on. If so, switch is dead.

Switch is on the front of the Gearbox

Can be accessed from Below - 2 wire plug connection.

You can use continuity check on a Multimeter to test the operation of the switch if you remove it.

New switches are around £12 from Vauxhall

i have just done a conversion and now dont have reverse lights.. i have checked the fuses and they are all fine! the bulbs are also fine so must be something not connected does anyone no of what this could be? where is the reverse light sensor/switch??
