The car is yours whatever. People always tend to go through insurance now to get whiplash claims. What car did she have?

I had an accident on Feb 14. Still waiting for the third party that smashed into me to be contacted to see what position they are taking on liability, seen as he hit me he will struggle to get out of it, and if he trys I will kick ten shades of shit out of him.

No, but the owner of the car said it was cool for me just to give her cash for the damage... But was only a few scratches etc... nothing serious.. still have not even heard from her and it has been about two weeks already...

I there was another car involved then your fecked they will be claiming...thought u said you had the accident on your own.

pandamoanium

Nobody got involved, only the other car owner and myself... So will just keep hush and not try lose any no claims etc.... Will let everybody know if i will be selling some parts, but not to sure i would do that! Have put to much money and sweat into my car....... Thanks....

If no 3rd party was involved then there no point in advising your insurance comapny...unless the police were involved also.

The only broken bit is the front chassis and the front right light ! But it has just got a new Magnex exhuast etc.... Loads of extras... Will give it some thought, thanks for the advise... As far as i know, if i don't get insurance involved, then the car is still mine and i have not lost out just yet. So will not have to pay them for it, but waiting to hear how much it is to fix. Hopefully if less than £1000, then i will fix it for sure!:)

Yeah, ask to buy the car cos u want to repair it no matter what the costs (sentimental value or summit)
Could get it for £50 maybe.
Then sell bits on here,
Engine? - £250ish
Bumpers?
Skirts?
Spoiler?
Interior?

Most of yer bits will be sought after, cos it a top model.
But then u gotta shift the left overs.
