Your matrix maybe partially blocked. I would suggest disconnecting your bottom rad hose and fluching teh system through with a hose pipe. Maybe run a coolant cleaner through teh system first though.

The engines not warm? :P

Nah the most common cause of this is an airlock in the heater matrix from the water level running low. Are you checking the water level when the car is cold?

Quickest method of sorting it out is taking the lid off the header tank bottle, start the engine and leave it running for 20 mins / half hour with the heaters on hot and full blast

My heaters blow, but only just warm when they are on full hot temperature.

Water level is ok, and engine temperature seems normal.

Any ideas what it could be?
