I have a problem with the standard radio (CAR200) in the corsa I've just bought for my wife. I took the radio out and upon replacing received the "SAFE" status. Referring to the manual I followed the steps to the letter but still can't get to the "Code" status. I've had Vauxhall's before and have entered these codes many times. Is the radio in a locked status and if so how do I get it unlocked ? Is this a case of taking to a dealer or one of the advertised specialists ?

I'm in the process of putting in a new radio but would like the existing radio sorted for when I sell the car on !!
