soften up your adjustables then,if you set them too hard it will skip about and handle worse,you want some give in the suspension to soak up bumps,too hard and the tyre skips off the road surface,which obviously is bad. | |

I used to have just 40mm lower springs with standard dampers and the ride was harsh as feck! | |

look at gmax suspension , u get dampers i think , my m8 got 60m on 17s on a punto and his suspension was gamx and it was mint, scrubin shubnt be a prob ,just take your arches off and remove the bolts and have your arches bonded back on if nebody sez u shud have your arches rolld or cut then thats crap bcoz i got 40m on 17s on my corsa and afta removin the bolts it dunt catch nemor,and the lower your car goes then the wheels get pulled in more, | |

Got 40mm lowering springs on at the mo the ride is well harsh its shaking the car to pieces, i want to get a set of dampers and new springs, was gonna get 40mm jobbies but with new dampers and a 60mm drop will it still be as harsh as just springs, plus i got no scrubbing at the mo on 17's what needs to be done to go 60mm cheers:boggle: |
