As above really.

Got an Astra GTE Handbrake cable as advised, and its all fitted to the rear of the car, traced right up to the handbrake lever and thats where i hit the problem.

I've got the bit that makes the Handbrake cables both stay together in the well where the exhaust goes, and the only problem is connecting it at the front.

I've got the 2 Cables, going through holes on a bit of metal, with a hole in the centre...

Only thing is, you probably all know that the corsa handbrake lever doesn't have a thread that i can put a nut on the end of... Its got like a knobbly bit that doesn't go through the hole..

Any suggestions?
