You cant replace it with a mechanical one and run standard management as the TPS and ISCV are part of the electronic throttle setup.. And why run after market management because of 5 wires?

Jay, if you can provide me with a Corsa engine loom and an astra body loom I will happilly build you a completely plug and play loom for the right price.

You would then just need to install the engine and pedal.

essentially the same as any other engine conversion

The only thing that people struggle with is the throttle

the astra has a fly by wire throttle so this needs relaced with a cable one.. Just use the x20xev throttle body.

I dont really know but standalone management maybe the best option if you have the ££££

I have good knowledge of engines etc just want to know what it would be like to wire up?

Well how easy it is will depend on what the person doing it knows. For someone with no mechanical knowledge and strugles to do an oil change I would guess that fitting a z20let into a corsa might not be the best thing to do.

How easy is it to do, i've seen the kit what m-tech do just want to know if its fairly easy.
