Changing components on your car like the air filter and exhaust in addition to fitting harsher suspension will slowly shake your car to pieces.
This is one of the reasons why factory produced cars are so tame in comparison - they're designed so that after 30,000 miles the cars are still quite solid inside.

I have the same problem but it stops after i pick up a bit of speed....i.e between 25-30mph. I have a air freshner on the dash and that is the only thing i can think it is at the mo.

This has been happening for a while now.
Whenever I drive my car a vibrating noise is coming from a region behind the dashboard like inside the airvents area.
It sounds as though a bit of plastic is sticking up and the faster I go the quicker the noise as it catches more often.
I recall reading someone having a similar noise a while back.
Any ideas?
