gm ones are the general best, they make the engines, they know whats best for them. Ive fitted bosch super4's to mine, but didnt notice any difference really, except they cost more to buy.

NGK V grooved seem to be recommended, about £10 for 4. Make sure they are gapped corrcetly

Not much point getting fancy plugs, unless u've done alot to yer engine, and yep they r under that piece of plastic.

Car needs new plugs should i just get some GM ones or are there any a we bit better??
Also are the plugs hidden under a strip of plastic?on the top of the engine?
