had this problem with my xe after doing replacing my porus head, got no spark and no fuel pump, in the end i took a live feed from the ignition to the coil + side and my engine ran, but this is on a dizzy engine. i expect your running a coil pack so i have no idea about that.

fuel pump relay? will stop the ecu light from being on and will crank forever.

The ECU fitted to my ECU simply will not power up, the gearbox is earthed, the block is earthed and it will crank forever yet the ecu light is missing from the corsa clocks. by the looks of it theres no spark which i have now put down to the ECU and the fuel pump isnt working either. When the ECU is connected from pin27 on the ecu to the battery when the key is on the handbrake light comes on, theres plenty of brake fluid so this isnt the case and it is definitely something electrical.

Im asking for the properly experienced people here so if you can help me out please do, (theres definitely 12v going to the ECU)
