Astra GTE manifolds are shorter than the others. Astra GSi, Cav GSi and Calibra 16v all use the same manifold.

On the GTE manifolds there are 2 types - with or without provision for a lambda sensor depending on whether its for a 20XE or a C20XE. They are the same length irrespective.

Would you buy a 335 quid manifold and bastardise it? I think not....

Pete, if both the exhaust and manifold are stainless steel, how much more work is it to modify either?

Either get a Cav manifold and chop a piece out of it to make it the right length, or get a new manifold, such as the Lexmaul one, and modify the exhaust to fit to it.

I don't know of anyone who makes a manifold designed to fit a 2.0 in a Corsa.
