i use powerflex ones but turned on there sides , nice and tight, have you not got the little U clips what go on the end of the hangers to stop them sliding off m8 ?

aren't all rubbers universal? Try getting short ones.

got sportex backbox on corsa b and pipe knocks on axle and every few days have to slip rubbers back on coz they slip off. havent had rubbers long they are universal ones.
