Check your water pump, spray break cleaner looking for an airleak but i doubt it as it's not running lumpy, sounds to me like a slight hose leak, listen out for a hiss!

hi im having overheating problems with my corsa 20xe it has been doing it for the past week. i have taken the thermostat out to try and keep it running cooler but still gets really hot. replaced the rad with a brand new one.this weekend i pulled the head off and put a new head gasket in and its still over heating. the coolant system is really presursing and all the pipes are getting rock hard when the engine is hot. its like air is getting into the coolant system some how. i have now run out of ideas why its over heating if someone could shed me some light on this please. cheers rob
