you nock the pin out, so it comes apart, but make shure you dont loose the spring.

i de-locked my car this week, took me 20 mins each door (i've taken the doors apart that many times i can do it with my eyes shut, lol). i used some Cav rear door handles, cleaned them up, primered and sprayed them, and put them on the car.

if anyone whats their car delocking then i'll do it for them, 70 quid and i will supply the handles, or 50 quid if you supply the handles.

When I de-leocked mine, I simply took the locking barrel out and then re-attached the rear case - the metal bit that the bolts go through right?

If you've got the parts already then theres no point worrying about this.

Best advice if you paint it yourself is take your time, the prep defines the quality of the final result.

the cases that are there have the lock barrels in them.
so if i got rear shells cases they wont so it jus bolts on
make my life eaiser.
what d-y reckon?

I did mine using a can of Vaux paint from a dealer - £5 including Lacquer - easy to do when you take the handle-pull off the handles if you see what I mean.

Handles will be a straight swap. Veccie handles would have come pre-primed n smooth, but make sure you sand yours down very well with wet n dry and they'll be the same (Ive colour coded my 5-door rear handles).

No need to but new rear cases though I wouldn't have thought.
