Im lowered 60mm all round on FK Supertec kit on 16" Team Dynamic Monzas. Theyre et45 but i got rubbing pretty much everywhere when springs compressed! Had to have to arch inners out and arches flared all round. Now i only get rubbing on full lock with a passenger or two. Was undrivable without the arch work, had to put the 14" sport rims back on, and that was flipping low! Looks the dogs though, low on 16" rims is, IMO the way forward!

I've just ordered my Spax -40mm kit and I'm on 16's so will let you know how I get on. 60mm is too low if you wanna carry people, my mate is lowered 60 on 15's and he has problems.

I've got 16's and I'm lowered 60mm front and rear on standard arches!

I do yeah cos there et40.

No probs with people in the back though. REar seats came out 2 years ago  Made way for ICE.

I've had all the rear arches cut away now. Still scrubs, but i've left a bolt in the rear arches (rest is bonded cos of the smoothed skirts). Once thats gone, it'll be fine.

-35mm to -40mm is a nice drop on 16"s.

http://public.fotki.com/daimob/my_favourite_modifi/d4mo_b/

Under the pages there. Standard sus on 15"s, then lowered -35 (Front) -40mm (rear) on 15"s, then the same drop on 16"s
