dissconnect the battery over night and when you connect it back up the ecu will of reset itself so the light will go out

EML light will be on untill you go get the fault removed as it will be still stored in the ECU. the EML ligh will not go off when you replace the part, just pop into a garage that has a Scanner and get it taken off. Hope it helps

fitted new crank sensor n it revs up now :thumbs: but engine warning on all the time gunna have to find out but it all ok apart from that :)

its your crank mate..... did this on my c16xe.... found out it was loose. tightened it up and not 1 bit off trouble since :)

check your earths!! add more earths to the engine, i had this problem

if its not any sensors, check for water in the ecu plug, i had this with my c20ne

crank or cam sensor mate.. usually cam.. the ecotec engines do the same thing

Crank sensor I think, B3KAN's was doing it a while back and pretty sure thats what he said it was.

didnt think they had a limp mode that restricts you to your rev range

my restop corsa is in limp home mode it wont rev above 3500rpm has any1 had this before ? i got a feelin it crank sensor but jst wanna make sure ???
