do u mean a screw driver each side of the vent at the same time.
i got the end ones out but cant get the centre ones out. they kinda come off the one hinge but then cant get it out and off the other one.
any hints

Carefully prise them out using a screwdriver at each side of the vent.

i want to paint my vents (interior ones) not the housing the actuall vents above the heater controls.
does anyone know how i get them out
