Basically, it's asif my car is getting to much fuel all the time causing lumpy tick over.
As you go through the rev range hard it kicks out black smoke, and i've even noticed sometimes on tickover.

It's a 1.6 sport by the car.

Would the ICV make my car overfuel all the time throughout the rev range?? as it kicks out black smoke,

The doesn't idel unless the EML DOES come on and not very well at that, lumpy even, asoon as it goes off it cuts out.

PLease someone help me and i'm getting to the point where i just don't want the car anymore.
