and it u cant get the oil filter off, stick a long screw driver through it then it'll come 0off easy. yeah sump bolt should not be tight.

the sump nut shouldnt be only be hand tight. spray it with wd40, if it refuses to come off the thread may be shafted which means once it comes off it'll not go back on with a seal (which is bad for engine health)

oil filter by rad and u turn it anticlockwise. get a metal bar on the end of ur ratchet or spanner for extra leverage :)

I tried to do an oil change today but couldnt get the fucker off i think it was a 19mm rachet socket, is this right but which way do u turn (clockwise, counter), oh and is the oil filter in front of the radiator?
