do 3 lots of 90 degrees and u will risk pulling the thread out the block. do 3 lots of 60 degrees

Cam cap bolts are,
M8 bolts 20NM
M6 bolts 10NM

99% sure its:

10ft lb on early head
20ft lb on later head

what are the torque settings for head bolts and camshaft caps?
