all done, didnt take long, gears are much better now

Its pretty straight forward, remove the old linkage, fit the new one but dont tighten the bolt up straight away. Remove the gearstick gaitor and wou will see a little hole on the gear stick, put a 3mm allan key or something of a similar size through it and make sure the stick is locked in place. After that, goto the gearbox, you should see a little button with a spring wrapped around it. rotate the selector part sticking out of the box until you can push the button all the way in. Tighten the bolts up and them remove the allan key from the gearstick (the button on the gearbox will pop out automatically when you move the gear stick) Ensure you can select all gears - jobs a goodun :thumbs:

not that hard, just make sure u remeber where everything goes, take a picture if you can to make sure!
you will need to get under the car as its bolted to the rear engine mount,
a ramp would be easier but if you can get the front up on axel stands it will do.
also after you will need to allign the linkages with 2x 5mm drill bits.

How hard is it to change the complete gear linkage? From the top of the box to the selector rod......:boggle::thumbs:
