Extremely easy mate. I'd never touched one in my life and managed it in 5 mins.

Big tip - don't whack the bottom of the bolt that goes through the ball joint to get it out. Hit the bit the ball joint goes into a few times (hard with a copper mallet if poss.) and it'll pop out.

loosen wheel bolts
jack car up
support on axel stands
take wheels off
undo track rod end to hub carrier nut, and lift off
mark where the rod ends on the steering arm
unscrew track rod - need to stick a spanner on the steering arm to stop it spinning, and use another on the track rod
screw new on up to mark
re-fit in to hub carrier
fit wheels
lower to floor
tighen wheels
take car to have tracking checked and adjusted
