P0300 Misfire Unidentified Cylinder Detected B-21

Any ideas on where to start with this?

Checking the plugs I guess but then...

Got a 1.2 04 Corsa with the engine light on.

Symptoms, its mildy lumpy and down on power.

Flashed the codes out by turning the ignition on with brake and throttle down.

Got codes

0300 (Twice)
0340 (Once)

From what i've found 0340 is cam timing sensor, but I've changed that and its still the same.

Just tried another AFM on it and its still the same.

Anyone got a list of what the codes are or any advice?

Unplugged the CTS and ran it to see if a new code would come out, and it did, which kind of rules that out.
