so in affect say if there is like 2 wires going into the egr.. i could jus bridge the two wires together and the ecu will think everything is normal it just wont have egr connected? | |

so just blank it off and put the egr itself (still connected) under the scuttle panell, and it will still run okay? | |

blank the hole and move the egr up under the scuttle panel so its still connected to the loom.if you disconnect it the eml will stay lit | |

i dnt get y it still has to be there even tho its bloked off? cant i just have it plugged in but now in? if you get me? cheers | |

They used them on the z16xe for the astras and zafiras, ask vauxhall they will know what your on about. | |

You have to blank it off because if you remove it you will have the engine management light on all the time. Its a round thing at the battery side of the engine under the inlet manifold if I remember right. | |
