If you got some dodgy earthing or even just a dodgy / loose earth it often makes a noise like a "supercharger" whuuurrrr on foot down etc,

Iv got a strange whirring nooise comin from my car, its not the engine tho becasue on tick over and under load the noise does not happen.
Its happening when im slowing down, sat at a constant speed and when i dip my clutch to change gear. I know my cv boot is split so it could poss be that and also yesterday i was forced into a very big pothole by a big jeep, could anyone help please?
