might be cts if its harder to start when hot

Could be a number of problems all adding up to poor running, I would start at the fuel side throttle body clean/Icv air leaks etc, and then a service.

When accellerating hard the lower part of the revs feels slugish and then takes off.And if ur say in traffic creaping along say doing 25mph sometimes you hear it poping. .Also when the car is warm it takes longer to start than it dose cold.
would this be the ICV.
