I did that mate but still not cutting in, checked all the wires that run to and from it and they all seem fine, its as if theres no power to it but yet the fan works and thats on the corsas loom along wiv the fan switch:boggle:

The wiring for the fan shouldnt have changed when you did the conversion because none of it is in the engine loom.

Disconnect the fan switch (screwed into the bottom of the radiator) and bridge the pins together with the ignition on and see if the fan comes on

Hi, I have recently just carried out a 2.0l XE conversion on my Corsa but having problems with the fan switch. Is there any wires u have to join on the XE loom to get the corsas fan switch to kick in, i,ve let the car warm up and it reached 100c but fan did not cut in. The fan itself works and im pretty sure the fan switch works as it is not that old.

any help would be greatly appreciated:thumbs:
