Not even half an hour if you know what you're doing, bout an hour for someone with no experience.

Wheel off, take out the star screw that's on the face of the drum. Drum off, then you're in.

A new Polish member I see.

If you mean how hard is it to tighten up the handbrake, relatively easy. Remove rear drums and take up the slack with the ratchet like device at the bottom, turn until tight.

And if the drum has a lip on the edge file it down or you could feck it.
