this happened to me too, sorted it out when i realised that my radio was sucking power whilst the car was off. it was possible to turn it on without the key being in. if u have a amp that might also be sucking up power.

check for interior lights in boot staying on

Multimeter on the battery terminals, should show 14v or so when running if the alternator is good.

my battery keeps going flat when standing over night,when driving no lights coming on dash,how do i check to see if it,s the battery or alternater
thanx
