got the problem sorted i think with the fan not cumin on she was constantly boiling wired the fan to a battery 2 nite and she was perfect

Is the gauge saying its too hot? its bound to boil over without the cap on if you let it tick over. How about putting the pipes on the radiator more securely?

when shes idling shes continusly pushin the water out of herself with the cap off it and when you put the cap on she keeps busting the pipes of the side of the radiator any help is so much apperciated am and the end of the line her next step is to burn it haha

Maybe change the Temp sensor for the gauge on the dash? Are the pipes to the rad getting hot and is it overheating while driving or just when its sat ticking over?

does the cooling fan come on and go off ? also is the thermostat working to enable the fan to go on/off, check also there isnt an airlock in the radiator/cooling system

ihave just put a c20ne in my gsi corsa bt it keeps overheating got the head skimmed new head gasket water pump thermostat and shes still overheating
